If
you wish to make a claim you can email us, We will require proof
to our reasonable satisfaction of all facts relevant to the claim,
which will include the following:
1.
for holiday cancellation claims (dog and cat cover only), we will
require your vet to complete the necessary section of the claim
form. We will also require the booking invoice and cancellation
invoice from your travel agent.
2.
for claims for your hospitalisation, we will require the claim form
to be signed by your doctor or consultant. We will also require
boarding kennel, cattery or rabbit hotel receipts.
3.
for waiver of premium claims, we will require details of your doctor
for an accidental injury or illness claim, or your former employer
for an unemployment claim.
4.
for veterinary fees claims, we will require your vet to complete
the necessary section of the claim form. We will also require original
invoices detailing the costs of treatment.
5. for European veterinary fees (dog and cat cover only),claims
we will require a receipt endorsed with the address and telephone
number of the veterinary surgery providing the treatment, and any
other receipts and documents.
6.
for veterinary fees claims, we will require your vet to complete
the necessary section of the claim form. We will also require original
invoices detailing the costs of treatment.
7.
for theft/straying and searching for/finding your pet claims, we
will require the police incident or crime number (for missing dogs),
the original purchase receipt, the pedigree certificate, if applicable
and receipts for any advertising costs and rewards.
8.
for accidental death claims (dog
and cat cover only),
we will require a death certificate from your vet, the original
purchase receipt and the pedigree certificate, if applicable.
